What To Expect

Angrignon Park
With an area of 97 hectares, Angrignon park is a true oasis in the urban area, with an English garden style, it features a 1.1kms lake. Located at the south-west borough of Montreal, its is home of many local and migratory birds and Its trails will take you though its dense tree line.

Lieu Historique National du Canal-de-Lachine
Its 13.5-kilometre urban route runs between the Old Port and Lake Saint-Louis, a navigable waterway punctuated by five locks. We will bike along its banks, a linear green urban park is lined with vestiges of the industrial era when the canal boomed.

Park Rene Levesque
Located at the end of the Lachine's canal, this park is a peninsula surrounded by water with amazing views of the Lachine's old marine and Lachine's port with its famous light house. The park has a permanent sculptures exposition and an arboretum with the most typical tree in the region concentrated in the middle of the park.

Parc des Rapides
This is the ideal spot for observing the Lachine rapids. A federal migratory bird sanctuary, this park is hugely important from an ecological standpoint (225 bird species, 66 fish species, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and rare plants). Home to the second-largest heron colony in Québec as well as diverse waterfowl, you can't beat this park for exploration and discovery.
