Overview

This tour will take you through the Mile End area, just north east of downtown Montreal. While here you will truly get a wholesome sense of what sort of gastronomical experience someone living in Montreal would have. It's a very stylish and hip part of town that also has a very young population. Our food tour is strategically placed right in the heart of so many of the primary cultures of Montreal such that you'll be able to eat the best that the city has to offer. Everything is made from fresh local ingredients. We have created a relationship with these local companies which allow for the best in service hospitality.

As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

Amazing tour for locals looking to get to know their city

We planned this tour for our anniversary.
Eric was great! He was able to adapt to a tour for locals without hesitation. He knows the area and the history. All the information was shared in a fun and informative fashion. The spots that were chosen are a great reflexion of Montreal! The food was AMAZING! We will definitely be going back to most of the spots!

Eric was a great tour guide, and curated a wonderful mix of authentic food experiences. The length and variety was just right, and he shared interesting historical and cultural information. We felt like we experienced a bit the real Montreal!
Food was good, where was the smoked meat?
carolelW7523LY, 15-10-2022
Simon was great. Everything we ate was delicious. The bagels, the pastry, the gnocchi, and the poutine, of course. I think if we had some smoked meats in there it would have made the tour perfect. Since Montreal is known for the smoked meats, it would have been great to have a sampling of that. We had a sprinkle of it on our poutine, but it would have been nice to have a sandwich the five of us could have shared. Otherwise, it was an interesting tour. Simon knew the area well.
