What To Expect

Omega Park

A scenic 2 hour drive from downtown Montreal, Park Omega is a must-see attraction where you can see Canadian animals up close. This wild animal paradise and the neighboring Le Chateau Montebello, the world largest log cabin are yours to explore for a unique experience. This is a private tour for up to 3/4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. I will pick you up at any Montreal location at 9am and have you back by 5-6pm. I drive a comfortable Nissan Sentra less than 5 years old. Your admission to Omega Park and the carrots to feed the animals are included in your price.

The winter is a truly wonderful time to visit Parc Omega, as you can explore the 2200 acres of Parc Omega and see the animals with their beautiful fluffy winter coats. Unlike a zoo, at Parc Omega the animals have massive enclosures many of which you drive through, and the animals can walk up to your car. Being able to visit the animals from the comforts of your car is perfect on a frosty day as you can stay nice and toasty in your car feeding some of the animals carrots from the window of the car.

Amazing Omega park with Gankor tours

Chris and Eric took us on the most amazing trip to Omega Parc. We originally had our trip cancelled due to the park closing from bad weather conditions, but Chris was able to find us another day to visit which we are so grateful for. Eric was our guide and he was loads of runs and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to give us an amazing experience. Highly recommend both this experience and the Gankor tours. My Parc Omega experience with Chris from Ganko Tours was seamless and fun. It was an extremely last minute booking in which he was very helpful with completing the booking. I was picked up directly from the airport so this was my introduction to my trip to Montréal. I would recommend to anyone who’s never been to Parc Omega to use this tour as it’s the best option. Chris is informative and kind hearted. If I would’ve rented a vehicle to try and do Parc Omega by ourselves it could’ve ended with Vehicle damage. Using Ganko Tours you won’t have any of those worries while also just enjoying the ambiance that the park has to offer. A wonderful day away from the city

We are really glad we decided to do this excursion. Definitely a highlight on our trip. Our guide Andreea was absolutely fantastic on time and really easy to talk to, so the whole drive to the park went fast. She also brought tons of carrots so that we had something to feed the animals. The park itself is just wonderful. So many animals are roaming around. There are places you can step out of the car stretch your feet and have a little walk and get a little closer to the animals. One of my favorites was the wolf habitat. We had a lunch in the park and bought us a little souvenir. Andreea was knowledgeable and could answer all the questions we had.

Parc Omega is amazing! Interacting with elk, deer and wild boar, watching bison, wolves and bear were incredible. We were unable to visit Montebello Lodge, but that was ok. Andreea was a professional, knowledgable and fun guide. We highly recommend!
