Overview
The Ravioli Workshop flips the script on traditional cooking classes. I combine my interests in interior design, music and the human experience with my Michelin experience to produce an entirely hands-on culinary experience.
Leading this experience in an intimate and informal setting allows guests to make this workshop their own. As well, a complete work station, step-by-step guidance and easy-to-source ingredients empower guests to recreate the recipe at home.
