Overview

First stop we will Go to Palme Restaurant A Bahamian-Haitian owned restaurant. The chef and his wife a long-time friend of mine since High school devoted their lives and careers to finding new recipes and making redesigning street Caribbean food.

Second stop(We will actually do two stops) we will see some monuments dedicated to the Haitian community, two statues, and talk about these two incredible people who change our lives forever.

Third stop, we will stop at Kamuy. Where the Chef will cook you some of the most refined Caribbean cuisines.

And finally, we will have a cocktail or mocktail either Tropikal or Pikliz.
